Smokin' Section had a great 2019 with the addition new venues and private parties, and great support from fans at our regular venues. We thank each and every one of you who joined us to listen and dance. We hope to see you again. We'll be wrapping up 2019 playing a charity event on 12/21 and at Oil City's First Night celebration on New Years' Eve (7:00 pm @ the YWCA - badges are $10).
Our individual members had some great musical experiences too with Matt releasing a new CD, Rick's band The Optimists recording a new album with cameos from his Smokin' Section bandmates, KGB played a packed calendar, Terry & Steve played the Guns of Brixton 40th anniversary tribute to The Clash's "London Calling" last weekend and their R.E.M tribute band The Reckoning plays at Club Cafe on 12/28.
